Terms and Conditions:

• The Kilkivan Great Horse Ride committee reserves the right to refuse any stall booking.

• Stall Holders must have public Liability insurance (and product liability where required).
• Stallholders must use the stall site allocated to them on Horse Ride Day and site locations will not be amended on the day.
• The stallholders agrees to indemnify the organising committee, The Kilkivan Great Horse ride Assoc, against all liability, claims, demands, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceeding and actions of any kind.
• The stallholder occupy and utilise the site at their own risk, releasing the organising committee and the Kilkivan Great Horse Ride Assoc from any liability for any damage to the display, stall or any other property of any description; or for loss of income due to event cancellation or eviction due to non-coherence to safety regulations.
• Stall site numbers will be issued on the morning of the Horse ride from 7am at the Kilkivan Town Hall.
• There is NO parking in the main street on Horse Ride day.
• Proof of current public Liability/product Liability and payment must accompany this application form.
• Sites will not be accepted until insurance and payment has been received.
• Cheques should be made payable to The Kilkivan Great Horse Ride Assoc and mailed with all necessary paperwork to: Street Stall Application Form, C/O Secretary, P.O.Box 102, Murgon, 4605
