I understand and acknowledge that horse riding is a dangerous activity and that horses can act in a sudden and often unpredictable (changeable) way, especially in fright or hurt.
I understand and acknowledge that serious INJURY or DEATH may result from horse riding activities and in particular this event held by the Kilkivan Great Horse Ride. I agree that I RIDE at my OWN RISK.
I agree not to drink alchol or take drugs prohibited by law before or during this event.
I also agree that by doing this event held by Kilkivan Great Horse Ride, that my horse is well and fit and is not suffering in any way to any undefying illness or injury. If veterinary attention is needed to any horse under my care, I am FULLY responsible for all payments incured.
