Angel Flight Australia is a charity that co-ordinates non-emergency flights for financially and medically needy people. All flights are free and assist patients or compassionate carers travelling to or from medical facilities anywhere in Australia.
Angel Flight pilots do not carry aero medical staff or medical equipment so does not act as an alternative to the Flying Doctor (RFDS) or Air Ambulance in that capacity. Angel Flight services are entirely free. Angel Flight pilots donate their time, their skills, and the bulk of their aircraft costs for each flight.

Angel Flight Ride Start: 7:30am sharp, "Turavale", 3257 Woolooga - Bauple Road. Trail Boss: Ray Matthews - Ph: (07) 5484 7194 Description: Ride an undulating trail of about 28 km. Enjoy billy tea for smoko, and a BBQ lunch, or BYO.  Camping, food and free entertainment are available on Friday night at Turavale. Gold coin donation for transport back to your horse floats. Meals are available on Saturday night at the Widgee Bushman's Bar. Free entertainment    and good food. Auctions on Friday and Saturday nights. All proceeds from the night go back to Angel Flight. Stay overnight on Saturday night and enjoy the Sunday activities at the Widgee Sportsgrounds.
